We all know that God loves us. Plenty of scriptures in the Bible speak to God’s love for his people. However, do you know that God rejoices over you? Do you realize that God is pleased when you are successful? Imagine how quickly our lives would improve with a sincere revelation of God’s everlasting love and affection toward us. God sees you as his beloved child in whom he is well pleased. How do you see yourself? Read the following scriptures aloud until your thoughts align with God’s vision of you.
1. Jeremiah 1:5 (NCV): “Before I made you in your mother’s womb, I chose you. Before you were born, I set you apart for a special work.”
2. Psalm 139:14 (NCV): “I praise you because you made me in an amazing and wonderful way. What you have done is wonderful. I know this very well.”
3. Psalm 139:17 (NCV): “God, your thoughts are precious to me. They are so many!”
4. Psalm 35:27 (NLV): “Let them call out for joy and be glad, who want to see the right thing done for me. Let them always say, “May the Lord be honored. He is pleased when all is going well for His servant.”
5. Zephaniah 3:17 (NCV): “The Lord your God is with you; the mighty One will save you. He will rejoice over you. You will rest in his love; he will sing and be joyful about you.”
6. Jeremiah 31:3 (NLT): “Long ago the Lord said to Israel: “I have loved you, my people, with an everlasting love. With unfailing love I have drawn you to myself”.
7. Isaiah 49:16 (NCV): “…See, I have written your name on my hand.”
